BUYING GUIDE
All orders for Lonbali products are subject to availability. If any product is not available in stock once the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or telephone. At that moment you will be able to modify or cancel your order.
The order will not be processed until it is verified that the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive a e-mail as acknowledgement of receipt, but this does not imply that the order has been accepted, as they will be subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance. The Contract between you and Lonbali will only be formalized after sending an e-mail in which we will inform you that the order is being shipped and only for the items listed in the shipping confirmation.
Purchasing a product on PRE-ORDER means that you will have bought a product that is out of stock but will be back in stock in a short time.
To pre-order a model, you will need to add it to your purchase as if you were placing a normal order. You will then need to follow the checkout process as usual, please note that if you place a pre-order, it will be treated as a normal order and the funds will be drawn from your account when you place the order. Orders for that product will start shipping from the date indicated on the product card.
If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we will make a single shipment on the date that is scheduled for pre-order . Your order confirmation email will contain both in-stock and pre-order items.
If after placing your order at pre-order you decide you no longer want it, please contact us at info@lonbali.com.
This should be taken into consideration when customizing:
- The maximum size of each customization layer cannot exceed 15x15cm.
- The size of the letters and/or stickers is always approximate. We will always try to be faithful to the design created by the client.
- The colors are always approximate as there is always a difference between the colors on the screen and the colors in real life.
- In the case of inserting initials below the logo, Lonbali will always try to center the letters with respect to the logo.
- The customizations are made with vinyl and / or embroidery depending on the model. It should be noted that these customizations are made by hand and handcrafted so they may have small variations (size, color or position ...).
- The personalization is not glued with glue, in any case we do not recommend the use of glue to adhere the personalization.
As mentioned in several sections, we remind you that customized orders are non-returnable.
Post-customizations:
You can request the personalization of a product Lonbali at any time after its purchase by presenting the original receipt or order number.
- To request customization, please contact us at info@lonbali.com.
- The customer is responsible for sending the product to the offices of Lonbali at Barcelona.
- Shipping costs as well as the cost of personalization shall be borne by the customer.
*Purchases made at the El Corte Inglés center in Pozuelo can be Post Personalized at any official Lonbali store.

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any given time on our website. Lonbali reserves the right to modify the prices of the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the Website on the date on which the user places the order. Although LONBALI tries to ensure that all prices listed on the Website are correct, errors may occur. In the event that LONBALI discovers an error in the price of any product ordered by a user, it will inform the user as soon as possible and give the user the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If LONBALI fails to contact the user, the order will be considered cancelled and the user will be fully reimbursed the amounts paid.
LONBALI shall not be obligated to supply the user with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the pricing error is obvious e unmistakable and could have been reasonably recognized by the user as the incorrect price.
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at any given time.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT). Transport costs, as well as taxes and duties for the entry and exit of the product (if applicable) are not included in this price.
Methods of payment
Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro):
As our system prioritizes security, after authorizing the payment, your bank may ask you for additional confirmation through a private code sent to your cell phone, with a key card or with the additional security key you have programmed.
Paypal:
This payment method involves a handling fee of 1% of the amount of your purchase with a minimum amount of 0.90 €. Paypal payment takes a few minutes to be processed and confirmed.
For security reasons, if you choose PayPal as your payment method, once the order has been placed, you are not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address.
Shipments are made through Correos Express and SEUR courier companies.

Once the order leaves our warehouses you will be sent a e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped, along with a tracking code for your package in some international cases. The carrier attempts to deliver the package at destination. If this is unsuccessful, they will call the customer to agree on a second delivery date. Any costs incurred by such a change will be borne by you. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided in your form, so it is important that you pay attention to cover the delivery address data, once the order is placed, it will not be allowed to make any changes in the shipping address. We will not be responsible in case the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Priority Shipment
It is understood by the payment of PRIORITY SHIPPING for customized product request, that we will prioritize your order. That is, your order will be processed first in the queue. Placing a priority order does NOT mean that it will arrive within 24 hours, as custom orders usually take 5-6 business days to ship. These times do not apply to models with embroidered personalization which can take up to 15 working days.
** Between August 14 and August 25, all orders will take up to 7 business days. The priority shipping option to jump to the first in the production queue will continue to exist, but delivery time is extended during these dates.
Important: Due to the new COVID-19 security measures, shipments to the UK will be delayed until further notice. Delivery times will depend on the operation of the shipping companies.

The delivery time for Customized Products may vary and will have an average delivery time of 2-5 working days and a maximum of 10 working days*. In any case, we will always try to shorten delivery times as much as possible in order to ensure a fast and efficient reception of your orders. The delivery time for personalized orders with international shipping is 10 working days.
*For the above purposes, working days shall mean all days of the week (Monday through Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
*The above deadlines are not valid for products that include embroidered personalization, which may take up to 20 calendar days.
*The above deadlines are not valid for emergency or catastrophic situations.
*During discount periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Personalized Products shall be considered to be all those for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer and user is decisive or has required the personalization of some of its features or parts, such as, but not limited to, the inclusion or engraving of the initials of a personal name on the product. However, products made according to standard options offered by Lonbali to the general public, such as color or printing, will not be considered Personalized Products.
The transport company tries to deliver the package at destination. If this is unsuccessful, they will call the customer to agree on a second delivery date. The costs incurred by such a change will be borne by you in any case.
Between August 14-25 and December 15-January 6, orders may take approximately 10 business days. The Priority Order option to jump to the first in the production queue will still exist but delivery time is extended during these dates.
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your purchase at lonbali.com free of charge. Please note that Personalized products cannot be returned.
In the purchase of Personalized Products there is no right of withdrawal on your part once the order has been placed, therefore, you may not request a refund, unless the product delivered is defective.
To make a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition. The return of those products that are not in the same condition in which you received it, along with its complete original packaging, labels and along with any accessories related to them will not proceed.
The quality department will determine whether the products LONBALI are in the same condition in which they were sent.
These are the options to return your purchase:
- Return to a delivery point
- Return from home
- Return to official store Lonbali
To make a return to a return point or request a home pickup, you can do it from the section Returns. Please note that if your product is personalized you will not be able to return it.
Once requested the return through the returns portal, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been approved and then another email with the return label, which you will have to print and paste on the package.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse and after checking the status of this, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment used by the customer. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which the product was returned.
To return your product in an official Lonbali store, you must go to one of our own stores with the order confirmation email. The refund will be made with the same payment method used in the purchase, it may take a maximum of 15 days from the date you returned the product.

GIFT CARD LONBALI GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
1. The Gift Card Lonbali (the Card) is the property of its issuer whose identity is stated on the Card, the bearer being a mere bailee of the Card.

3. The Card is valid only in Spain for the purchase of any product on sale at Lonbali stores or at http://www.lonbali.com/.
4. The Card may be paid for by any of the payment methods accepted at Lonbali stores or at www.lonbali.com, depending on where the Card is purchased. In no event may it be paid for with another Gift Card.
5. The return of unused Card will be accepted within the following deadlines, and in any case respecting the legally established deadline:
5.1. The physical Card may be returned within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for cards purchased at Lonbali stores or from the date of the e-mail shipping confirmation for cards purchased at www.lonbali.com.
5.2. The Virtual Card purchased at www.lonbali.com may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of sending by Lonbali of the Virtual Card to the recipient of the Virtual Card. The amount paid for the Card will be refunded in the same payment method in which it was paid. For this it is essential to present the purchase receipt or e-ticket and, if applicable, the payment card and the receipt of the transaction. No refunds will be accepted for Cards purchased in another country. The balance of the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
6. The Card can be used as many times as you wish until the total amount of your balance is depleted.
7. The available balance will appear each time a purchase is made with the Card (i) on the receipt, if purchased at one of the Lonbali stores, or (ii) in the information provided when placing an order, if purchased at www.lonbali.com. The available Card balance will be available for review at Lonbali stores and at www.lonbali.com. If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Card, the difference may be paid by any form of payment accepted at Lonbali stores or www.lonbali.com, as applicable.
8. Products purchased with the Card at Lonbali and www.lonbali.com stores are subject to the same Terms and Conditions of purchase as all other products purchased at such stores or on the web.
9. En su caso, el reembolso del importe de los productos adquiridos con la Tarjeta que sean devueltos se efectuará mediante un incremento del saldo disponible en la Tarjeta. No obstante, si la Tarjeta no existe en el momento de la devolución, el reembolso de este importe se efectuará mediante la entrega de un cupón descuento, cuyo emisor y condiciones de entrega se indican a continuación:
9.1. Cupón descuento emitida por Lonbali Fashion S.L.., que se entregará en la propia tienda, en el caso de devolución en tiendas Lonbali de productos adquiridos en tiendas Lonbali.
9.2. Las formas de reembolso establecidas en el presente apartado son condición esencial, por lo que se consideran expresamente aceptadas con la adquisición y/o el uso de la Tarjeta.
10. The Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and safekeeping of the Card rests solely with the Cardholder. The Card will not be replaced in the event of theft, loss, misplacement or damage, although the issuing cardholder reserves the right to replace the Card in the event of a change in the format of the Card.
11. In the event of purchase of the Virtual Card at www.lonbali.com, the issuing cardholder shall not be liable for non-receipt or delay in receipt of the Card by the recipient for reasons beyond the control of the issuing cardholder, including, but not limited to (i) deficiencies or collapse of telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned in (i), (iii) the inaccuracy of the virtual Card recipient data provided by the purchaser of the virtual Card, (iv) the failure to deliver the Card to the e-mail account provided, or (v) the consideration of the e-mail sent by the issuing cardholder as spam or junk mail.
12. Cards obtained illegally will be null and void, may not be used for the purchase of goods and will not be reimbursed.
13. The Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes for products or services marketed by third parties other than the issuer of this Card, except with the prior written authorization of the issuer of this Card.
14. The purchase and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which are accepted at the time of purchase of the Card and are available at Lonbali stores and at www.Lonbali.com.
Lonbali eventually conducts various contests and promotions on different platforms. All vouchers or promotional codes will not be cumulative and will have a minimum purchase of 50€, unless otherwise stated in the rules. Likewise, only residents of the peninsula will be eligible for the voucher or promotional code, unless the rules, as in the previous case, indicate otherwise. In no way the vouchers will be refundable for money.
To apply a discount code you must enter it directly on the payment screen.
Bags and accessories from Lonbali are subject to the warranty conditions for consumer products provided by law. Accordingly, if any problem occurs with a Lonbali product due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Lonbali will replace or repair it, at its option, subject to the warranty terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as transporting unusual items), neglect, accident, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acid and ordinary wear and tear. Improper or improperly performed maintenance or repair work voids this warranty.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the original receipt or order number of the purchase. The Quality Department will determine whether or not the problem is covered by the warranty of Lonbali. If the warranty applies, you will be informed whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement will be at the expense of Lonbali, including the cost of returning the repaired or replaced Product. If the Product is to be replaced but is not available, Lonbali will consult whether to replace it with a similar product or to exercise its right of return and refund equivalent to the amount paid.

The company Meyso, is a fashion jewelry company created in 2021 in Barcelona. The products of Meyso are selected down to the last detail, with a wide selection of timeless and versatile jewelry, ideal for both everyday life and for those special occasions.
The products can be purchased from the Lonbali website and the official Lonbali store at Barcelona.
Lonbali is in charge of the distribution, so the shipping times, expenses and returns of Meyso, are those we have detailed in the previous sections.
Warranty Meyso
products All our parts are warranted for three years from the date of delivery of your order. In accordance with our warranty, Meyso will repair or replace parts with manufacturing defects during this period.
It is only applicable to Meyso brand products purchased through the official channels of Lonbali.
If upon receipt of the part you detect any irregularity, you have 30 calendar days to contact the customer service team of Lonbali and it will assume the part as a defective item and deliver an equal one in exchange, or the money will be refunded.
