Shipping Policy

Shipments are made only through the courier company Correos Express. Shipments to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal have a cost of 5,95€.

 

Lonbali ships worldwide. Please contact us for any questions about costs and shipping options to your country.

All costs other than shipping are the responsibility of the customer and will be reflected on the payment page.

 

The above delivery charges may be reduced or even eliminated in case of special promotions that, eventually or temporarily, may establish LONBALI FASHION S.L. on these costs, and provided that it expressly communicates it to its customers.

 

Once the order leaves our warehouses you will be sent a e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped, along with a tracking code of your package in some international cases. The shipping company Correos Express tries to deliver the package at destination. In case this is unsuccessful, they will call the customer to agree on a second delivery date. The costs that such a modification generates will be assumed in any case by you.

 

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided on your form, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in the delivery address data, once the order is placed, it will not be allowed to make any changes to the shipping address. We will not be responsible in case the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
